EARTHSAVE'S MEALS FOR HEALTH - BECOME A FOOD COACH

As part of the Meals For Health program, you can volunteer to become a Food Coach during one of our interventions.

Being a Meals For Health Food Coach means you will receive training in our program prior to the start, done primarily through email and conference calls, and during the 4-week intervention you will be assigned a group of participants to help. You will attend lectures and presentations with the group, and then keep in contact with your group throughout the program to answer questions, give assitance and be a resource and cheerleader for members of your group.

You need to live near enough to the Meals For Health center so that you can make it to evening and weekend meetings, and have time for personal interaction and follow up with members of your group.

It is a fascinating and very rewarding experience, and you will be part of the meetings with many celebrated plant-based presenters and experts who are involved and put on the program.

NEXT PROGRAM: Oakland/Berkeley area, California -- Starting January 25, 2013 - 4 week program

If you are interested in applying to become a food coach, please send an email to Julieanna Hever MS RD at info@earthsave.org and we will get back to you.

We will be interviewing perspective food coaches in Oakland on Saturday, Sept 29, 2012.
